Contributions and Payment Information. If you make any contribution or purchase on or through our Services, your payment information and related information may be collected by us or our third-party payment processors. To comply with Federal election law and the regulations of the Federal Election Commission (FEC), we are required to make our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 per election cycle. Generally, contributions are non-refundable. Should you choose to contribute, you will receive an email confirmation of your contribution. 

 Information You Choose to Provide to Us. We collect any information you provide to us on or through our Services or in any other way. We may collect, for example, any information you provide when you update your user account and profile, participate in surveys, and other promotions, or sign up to receive DRP newsletters and other communications. 

In addition, our Services may include features that rely on the use of information stored on, or made available through, your mobile Device. We may also ask to collect or use the specific location of your mobile Device like accessing your Device’s GPS. If you agree to allow access to your location, you agree that we and our service providers may collect such location-based information from your Device. The type of location data we collect depends on a number of factors, including the type of Device you are using and the type of connection enabled on your Device.

Apps, if available, or other features of our Services, may rely on this location information in order to provide certain location-based services, such as promotional offers, related merchandise offers, or event information or other DRP content that may be of interest to you. We endeavor to maintain as accurate a Site as possible, however, it is your responsibility to provide the DRC and DRP with current, complete, truthful, and accurate information, and to keep your Personal Information up to date. DATA COLLECTION FROM CHILDREN

We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without appropriate parental notice and consent.
